League Disclaimer

1.Eligibility

You may participate only if:

• you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement;
• participation and perpetual futures trading are lawful in your jurisdiction;
• you are not located in or ordinarily resident in a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction;
• you are not subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions; and
• you satisfy the requirements described in the League FAQ.

The League is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Availability of KriptoK or the League website does not mean that participation is lawful in every country.

KriptoK may restrict or reject participation where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, sanctions, security or third-party compliance purposes.

2.Apple and Google are not involved

The League is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, the Apple App Store, Google Play or any of their affiliates.

Apple and Google have no responsibility for:

• operating or administering the League;
• verifying participants or results;
• calculating rankings;
• awarding or distributing prizes; or
• handling claims or disputes relating to the League.

All questions or complaints concerning the League must be directed to KriptoK, not Apple or Google.

3.Hyperliquid and third-party infrastructure

Perpetual futures functionality accessed through KriptoK is powered by third-party infrastructure associated with Hyperliquid.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hyperliquid and its related entities do not sponsor, administer, endorse or guarantee the League or its prizes.

KriptoK does not control the Hyperliquid protocol, its validators, smart contracts, order books, liquidation mechanisms, market data, funding calculations or network operation. Your access may also be subject to Hyperliquid’s own terms, restrictions and risk disclosures.

KriptoK is not responsible for losses, liquidations, pricing differences, failed orders, delays or interruptions caused by Hyperliquid, blockchain networks or other third-party systems.

Market prices and other market information displayed on the League website may be sourced from Hyperliquid’s public API and WebSocket data feeds. Such information may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete or inaccurate and is provided for informational and display purposes only. KriptoK does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or continuous availability of such data.

4.Trading risk and no financial advice

Perpetual futures and leveraged digital-asset trading involve substantial risk. Leverage can amplify both gains and losses, and you may lose some or all of the funds allocated to your perps account.

Participation in the League does not reduce these risks. You remain solely responsible for your trades, position sizes, leverage, collateral and risk management.

Nothing provided through KriptoK, the League website, leaderboards, broadcasts, social-media channels or related materials constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Past performance, leaderboard rankings and the performance of other participants do not guarantee future results.

There is no separate entry fee charged solely to enter the League. Normal trading costs, including fees, funding, spreads, slippage and potential liquidation losses, may still apply.

5.Rankings and verification

Live prices, P&L, ROI, qualification status, rankings and other leaderboard information shown during a round are provisional and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or subject to correction, reconciliation and final verification.

Final League results are determined in accordance with the League Rules following verification of the relevant trading and account data.

In the event of any discrepancy between live or provisional information displayed on the League website and the final verified results, the final verified results will prevail.

6.Fair participation

Participants must not manipulate, interfere with or unfairly exploit the League.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• using multiple or coordinated accounts to evade the rules;
• wash trading, self-dealing or artificial trading activity;
• exploiting bugs, calculation errors or data delays;
• providing false or misleading information;
• interfering with League systems or verification;
• using stolen, compromised or unlawfully obtained funds; or
• circumventing geographical, legal or technical restrictions.

KriptoK may investigate suspicious activity and may disqualify participants, remove results, withhold prizes or restrict future participation where it reasonably determines that prohibited conduct has occurred.

7.Prizes and taxes

Prizes are subject to successful verification, compliance with the League rules and applicable legal and sanctions requirements.

A provisional leaderboard position does not create an unconditional right to a prize.

Participants are responsible for maintaining access to the wallet used for prize delivery. KriptoK is not responsible for prizes lost because of compromised credentials, inaccessible wallets or incorrect information supplied by a participant.

Participants are solely responsible for any tax, reporting or other obligations arising from their trading activity or receipt of a prize.

8.Technical issues and changes

The League depends on blockchain networks, smart contracts, APIs, market-data providers and other third-party services that may experience delays, downtime, errors, congestion or security incidents.

KriptoK may suspend, delay, modify or cancel a round where reasonably necessary because of:

• legal or regulatory requirements;
• fraud or manipulation;
• security concerns;
• material technical or calculation errors;
• protocol or network failures; or
• circumstances outside KriptoK’s reasonable control.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through the League website or official KriptoK channels.

9.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KriptoK and its directors, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for trading losses, liquidations, lost profits, lost opportunities, protocol failures, failed or delayed orders, inaccurate market data, network interruptions or indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the League.

The limitations and exclusions contained in the KriptoK Terms and Conditions also apply to the League.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
